THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL TECHNICIAN

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL TECHNICIAN

There are many important aspects to keep in mind to achieve success in dentistry and especially to maintain it.

One of the most important things, I think, is curiosity. Without it, you rest on your laurels and tend to stop and lose ground on the frantic rush that you deal with every day with your competitors to get your hands on the competitive advantage that allows you to stand out and therefore allows you to work or to earn something extra.

So I think that continuous updating is crucial, and now even easier!

Do you know why?

Simply said.

If you are reading this article it is because you use the internet a lot and probably use it to be updated with the thousands of videos and publications that are just a click away. You can elaborate on particular topics such as implantology or cad cam, as you can do with marketing and communication, even if they are (or perhaps were) less relevant to your specific job. You can also find the latest news and the characteristics of new products and technologies. Other channels are courses, relationships with colleagues, also very important, and fairs.

Nowadays, however, fairs are losing their educational value due to the disruptive power of the web as mentioned above, but one above all needs to be seen and visited with the necessary time. This is the IDS which every two years brings together the best companies in the dental world and therefore a multitude of professionals: producers, sales agents, dentists and dental technicians.

It was during the last Cologne event that I met Stefano Mazzarella, a good person and a talented technician, maybe sometimes a bit too humble but bursting with congeniality and one of the first to use Reox Art Oral ceramic.

I take advantage of this post to let you see and taste a great telescopic work of Stephen with AGC and of course Art Oral KM.

Enjoy the video!
